Substitutions

All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without prior notice. In the event we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible.

Amendments or cancelation

If, for any reason, you wish to change or cancel your order you can do so, by calling +974 4005 2874 or emailing: webshop@hollandi.com Please give 48 hours’ notice before the requested delivery date and time. We are happy to provide you with a voucher valid for 3 months (to be used within the same category of the product originaly purchased), in case of cancelation of the order within the 48hrs before the delivery date and time.

We regret that you may not change or cancel an order after 48 hours of the delivery date and time.

Replacement and Resend policy

If our product does not meet your expectations for a legitimate reason, such as damage to the bouquet, we will offer a replacement item within the same price range and category, only after verification from our side. In case you collected the item from one of our shops you will have to return the item to the same shop for replacement.

In the event that it is not appropriate to replace the flowers, we are more than happy to provide you with a voucher valid for 3 months to be used within the same category of the product originaly purchased.

Because of the perishable nature of most of our products we advise you to check your item at the time of collection and inform us immediately at the time of delivery in case you should have a complaint.

To be eligible for a replacement or voucher, your item must be handed over in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase should be provided.
